No quality issues:

  • Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;

CUSTOMS REFUSAL

We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to Glad2Glow, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.


QUALITY CONCERNS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@glad2glow.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation that the package was misdelivered, reach out to our support team by eamil(cs@glad2glow.com)


EXCHANGES

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.

Each pad features a textured side for effective physical and chemical exfoliation, and a smooth side to calm the skin. Enriched with Witch Hazel water, this fast-absorbing, no-rinse formula clears blemishes and prevents future breakouts without stripping your skin's natural moisture.

Precautions

  • Application: Avoid contact near the eye area. Temporary mild tingling (under 30 seconds) is normal. Do not rinse after use.
  • Usage Frequency: Start with 1-2 times a week to build tolerance, then gradually increase to 2-3 times a week. Reduce usage if excessive peeling occurs.
  • Sun Protection: Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day and limit sun exposure while using this product.
  • Layering Rules: Do not use simultaneously with other exfoliating active ingredients (AHAs/BHAs), high-strength Retinoids, or Vitamin C.
  • Safety: Suitable for acne-prone and textured skin (ages 13+). Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

  1. After cleansing, take one pad and gently swipe the textured side over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.

Do not rinse. Use 1-2 times a week initially, increasing to 2-3 times a week. Always apply sunscreen during the day.
