No quality issues:

  • Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;

If a refused package is returned to Glad2Glow, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.


QUALITY CONCERNS

Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. EXCHANGES

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.
