At Glad2Glow, we handle all inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We believe that by treating our customers with fairness and respect, we will receive the same in return.

No quality issues:

  • Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;
  • Used products are not eligible for a refund;
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

With quality issues:

  • Please provide photos or videos evidence;
  • Once verified, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. 


CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES

Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office in advance to avoid potential issues.


CUSTOMS REFUSAL

We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to Glad2Glow, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.


QUALITY CONCERNS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@glad2glow.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation that the package was misdelivered, reach out to our support team by eamil(cs@glad2glow.com)


EXCHANGES

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.


RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to hygiene reasons, all Glad2Glow products are non-returnable. We also do not accept cancellations for incorrect orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.

Acne Drying Lotion is a highly potent, fast-acting spot treatment designed to shrink stubborn blemishes overnight. Formulated with a unique bi-phase liquid-and-powder separation, it combines a Quad-Action Acne Defense (Salicylic Acid, Colloidal Sulfur, Zinc Dioxide, and Pionin) to aggressively target nodules, pustules, and cysts. In just 8 hours while you sleep, it works to dry out active acne, soothe intense inflammation, and begin fading post-acne marks for a visibly clearer complexion by morning.

Precautions

  • Do Not Shake: The formula is designed to be separated. Allow the pink powder to settle completely at the bottom before dipping your cotton bud straight down.
  • Application: For spot treatment only; do not apply over large areas or on broken skin. The provided bud applicator is strictly for one-time use to maintain hygiene.
  • Layering Rule: Use only at night. Avoid using simultaneously with Retinol or chemical exfoliants (AHA, BHA, PHA) to prevent skin irritation.
  • Safety Warning: Contains alcohol and is not suitable for users with alcohol allergies. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

  1. DO NOT shake the bottle. Let the powder settle completely at the bottom.
