No quality issues:

  • Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;
  • Used products are not eligible for a refund;

With quality issues:

  • Please provide photos or videos evidence;
  • Once verified, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.

CUSTOMS REFUSAL

We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to Glad2Glow, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.


QUALITY CONCERNS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@glad2glow.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.


LOST PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation that the package was misdelivered, reach out to our support team by eamil(cs@glad2glow.com)


EXCHANGES

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.

Precautions

  • Application: Apply an appropriate amount to wet palms and work into a rich lather. Gently massage over the face in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
  • Frequency: Suitable for daily use, both morning and night, as the first step in your skincare routine.
  • Safety: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after use to maintain formula integrity.
