At Glad2Glow, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below for more details.

DELIVERY PERIOD Orders are approximately delivered within 5 to 12 business days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may take between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that there might be delays in logistics updates during exceptional situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.

All transactions and deliveries are only carried out on working days (usually Monday to Friday). There are no deliveries on public holidays. If you place an order on a holiday, the order will be processed the next working day.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS Please note that once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

The duration of international shipping varies based on the location. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruptions, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. Glad2Glow cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.

For international customers, it is important to note that all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are their responsibility. If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Unfortunately, packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be re-shipped. Customers are, therefore, accountable for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order.

Please note that the size of an order may sometimes cause delivery delays due to events or conditions within the shipping company.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS There is no minimum order amount required to make a purchase on our website.

ORDER INFORMATION EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS Please note: We only accept requests regarding order product changes or address updates within 12 hours after the order is placed.

CUSTOMS FEE Please be advised that tariffs may be assessed based on your country of delivery. Prior to finalizing your order, we recommend conducting a thorough review of your country's tariff policy to ascertain any potential customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Glad2Glow, we handle all inquiries on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. We stand by the quality of our tested and proven products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Each request is treated fairly and reasonably. We believe that by treating our customers with fairness and respect, we will receive the same in return.

No quality issues:

• Unused products can be returned within 15 days for a refund;
• Used products are not eligible for a refund;
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

With quality issues:

• Please provide photos or videos evidence;
• Once verified, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. 

CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related charges, including but not limited to Customs Taxes, Import Duties, Value-Added Taxes (VAT), and Administrative Fees. Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office in advance to avoid potential issues.

CUSTOMS REFUSAL

We are not responsible for packages rejected by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, restricted items, or other customs-related issues. If a refused package is returned to Glad2Glow, we will not reship it unless the customer pays for the shipping costs again. No refunds or replacements will be issued for customs-related problems.

QUALITY CONCERNS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@glad2glow.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo(s) or video showing the issue. Prompt communication helps us resolve the matter as quickly and fairly as possible.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package has been lost or mishandled by the courier, we will arrange a replacement for you. Please first contact the courier using your tracking number, as they may be able to locate the shipment or provide proof of delivery. Once you have confirmation that the package was misdelivered, reach out to our support team by eamil(cs@glad2glow.com)

EXCHANGES

We do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a credit voucher for the value of the item.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to hygiene reasons, all Glad2Glow products are non-returnable. We also do not accept cancellations for incorrect orders. Please double-check your order before placing it.
